What is casual letting?

Casual letting services are when a professional property manager handles the entire process of finding prospective tenants and creating a residential tenancy agreement on your behalf. This includes providing you rent appraisals, marketing your rental property, screening suitable tenants, and creating the tenancy agreement to your requirements. Unlike other types of property management services, casual letting services are employed on a one-off fee basis and are not ongoing services. In other words, you can use this type of service whenever you need it without having to sign up for a long-term contract.
